Our next BJJ Basics Course starts Monday, September 8! It meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm through October 8.

Join us for a fun introduction to the positions, movements, and submissions that make up the foundation of jiu-jitsu.

The $300 course registration covers 5 weeks of training, and includes everything you need to get started with jiu-jitsu: a gi, a white belt, and a school shirt.
