Tuesday, October 14—a single-day event packed with actionable strategies, peer collaboration, and evidence-based practices for Title II programs.
The Title II Best Practices Workshop will convene selected LEAs from across Virginia to showcase successful Title II, Part A-funded initiatives and foster statewide collaboration around educator effectiveness. Participants will engage in peer-led discussions and presentations focused on professional development, recruitment and retention strategies, data-informed planning, stakeholder engagement, and equitable service delivery. By highlighting replicable practices and building cross-divisional connections, the workshop aims to strengthen implementation capacity and promote more coherent, impactful use of Title II resources statewide.
Wednesday, October 15, and Thursday, October 16—a dedicated two-day event designed to maximize impact and collaboration for Title V programs or Title III Consortium
The Rural and Low-Income Symposium is a targeted training and technical assistance event designed to support grantees of the Rural and Low-Income Schools grant program, in collaboration with other federal initiatives under the Office of ESEA Programs. The symposium provides strategies to increase accessibility for rural local education agencies and annual training for program coordinators.
