Join Villain Speed Dating, hosted by Peace Out! We'll do a fun themed meditation & then enjoy some speed dating with a twist :)

If you find other dating events boring and just wish you could show up in costume, say whatever the f*ck you want as yourself unfiltered, and maybe meet cool people, come check this out. It’ll be a night of high-energy peace.

Hi! I'm Alaska (RYT), and I run Peace Out—a high-energy mindfulness club offering unique yoga and meditation classes, plus ski & yoga retreats in the winter. We do fun, themed classes like Pirate Yoga, Hawaiian Hot Tub Meditation, Indiana Jones Meditation, Villain Speed Dating/Meditation Nights and more. I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher (300+ hours) and love helping people find real mindfulness in unexpected ways.

Most Peace Out mindfulness experiences welcome everyone, but this night is just for singles—come cause a little trouble at this unique experience!

Your Ticket Includes:

• Unique, high-energy villain themed meditation experience in a private venue [located in a restaurant/bar in Charlestown near North Station - exact location revealed the day before to attendees]
• Optional - show up in costume as your fave villain!
• Speed dating with an evil twist! Age range roughly 28-38, give or take a few years
• You'll receive your matches the next day, including an option to list people as just friends
• There will be a cash bar, purchase your own delicious cocktails, wine/beer and food from the restaurant! Their menu is villainously delectable
• If you've already been to previous Villain Speed Dating nights, there will be a different meditation + different themed prompts, so you're welcome to come again as it'll be a new experience!

To ensure a great experience for all,and because this experience depends on your attendance please note that a $40 no-show fee will be charged via Eventbrite if you don't show up, in addition to your non-refundable ticket cost. You won't be charged the no-show fee if you cancel at least 3 days in advance. But, if you don't tell us anything and just don't show up, you'll be charged the $40 no-show fee and/or barred from future speed dating events, because, well we're villains LOL.

Villain costumes optional but encouraged, have fun with it!

What kind of villains? Literally any kind, Disney, comic book, literary, personal [like that roomie you hate], you name it, you can be it! Please note that while we have a private space, we'll still be in a public venue so dress accordingly.

Show up without any level of experience needed and have a great time. The vibe is laidback, silly, meaningful and chill, and meditative [without the "work" of meditating].

Please note that by getting a ticket, you're consenting to having photos/videos taken of the event.
