About the event

Movement Medicine with Lisa Jones
"Movement Medicine" is a type of conscious workout; a fusion of dance, healing arts, and martial arts. Everyone is welcome to join and discover their own freedom and form.

Lisa Jones has been studying wellness and teaching dance for more than two decades. She is a Nia instructor since 2004 teaching thousands of individuals and supporting their journeys into the body/mind realm; teaching at dance, wellness, and yoga studios; city recreation departments; and hospitals on four continents.
