Blessing of the Badges - Charlestown NH

On Saturday, September 27, at 10 a.m., there will be a "Blessing of the Badges" for police, fire and emergency personnel of Charlestown and surrounding communities. This annual event is held in collaboration with local churches and community organizations who support and acknowledge our appreciation of the work that first responders do to keep our community safe. The event will take place in the parking lot of the Charlestown police/fire departments on Route 12 in Charlestown, New Hampshire. Clergy from Charlestown churches will offer prayers for the protection for these community heroes who daily risk their lives to rescue and protect us. Please join us for this ceremony and show your support for our first responders. Refreshments and coffee will be provided. All are welcome to attend.
