Wheel of Fortune: A Chakra Series

Join Deborah for the 5th workshop in this 7-part chakra series!

Focusing on the Third Eye Chakra, we’ll use sound healing, guided meditation, journaling and pranayama to get our energy flowing towards that of clarity and self-trust. We will also learn about the history and practical understanding of the chakra system.

There will be no physical asana practice, and all are welcome. Please bring a notebook/journal and wear comfortable clothes.

Each session of these series are independent, meaning you are more than welcome to attend this session, even if you didn’t come to the first.
