Sunset Yoga and Sound

Find your Zen after a full day of FestivALL activities. Join Nina Ratliff, owner and yoga instructor of The Folded Leaf Yoga & Wellness Center, for a nourishing 60-minute all-levels yoga practice. Class will end with a 15-minute sound healing savasana.

Beginner friendly.

Some mats and props will be provided, but please you own if you have one. Bringing a blanket is recommended.

Location: Haddad Riverfront Park, 600 Kanawha Blvd.
