Guess What Time It Is?!? ⌚️CDR Preview!! 😬The Charleston Distance Run is Less Then a Month Away! 👀This Sunday Aug 3🗓️Meet at 6am at the Capital(Blvd Side). For a Run/Walk Through the CDR 15 Mile Course. 🏃‍♀️If You Happen to Be Doing the 5k or the Relay Join Us for Your Miles. If You Are Running the 5k, Run the First 3 Miles with Us. If You Are Running the 5 Miles of 119-South Hills Portion, We Can Snag Ya Up on the SS Bridge. If You Happen to Be Running the 7 Mile Finish Flats, We Can Snag You Up on the Bridge After Coming Off of Loudon Heights. If You Are Doing the 15 Miler, Come Out and Do the Whole Thing with Us or Whatever Miles You Wish.🌟This is Not a Competition. Only Competition is with Yourself. 🙌This is Training-Get a Feel for What’s It’s Like. What You May Need to Work On Before Aug 30-Race Day! 🌟Get Hydrated💦Get Your Beauty Sleep Saturday Night.💤 Wear 🩷Bright Colors So We Stand Out & Cars Can See Us.⚠️Bring Hydration and Snacks/Gels. 💦🧃🍬Whatever Sets You Up for 💪Success & Keeps Pushing You.💥⚠️On Race Day We May Decide Not to Bring Hydration⚠️ There Will Be Aid Stations on Route with Water, etc. However as of Right Now, We Do Not Have Any of Those on Our Training Run.⚠️⚠️If There is Anyone Willing to Set Out Water for Us, Please Let Us Know in the Comments⚠️ ⚠️As Mentioned Above We Will Make a Couple Quick Stops to Pick Up Anyone Along the Route. 🗣️Get You a Buddy, There is Usually Enough Of Us To Pair with. 👯‍♀️We Will Meet at the Top of 119(Glamour 📸 Shot) Gather Everyone So We Can Go Through South Hills Together as It Can Be a Little Hairy.⚠️Then Gather Again When We Reach Loudon Heights.⚠️🌟This is Crucial as It is Long Twisty but So Much Fun! We Don’t Wanna Lose You or Leave You Behind. We Wanna Stick Together So We Can Be Seen By Cars. After Coming Across the SS Bridge We Get to Endure the Long Flat 7 Miles to the Finish at Laidley. In My Opinion This is the Toughest Part bc We Are Gonna Be Tired, Sore & Wanting to Quit. 😵‍💫But That Isn’t How the Cookie Crumbles! 🍪This is Where You Really Need Mental Strength to Push Through🔥Our Minds are Gonna Try to Get In the Way of Our Body & Legs, If We Let It.😫So, Tell Your Mind to Shut Up, We Doin This! 🤯Mind Over Matter.
