Shift Pilates and Postpartum Expert teacher Kalen Winter are teaming up to bring you Ageless Acupuncture to bring you something special: a woman’s wellness session that reflects to one of our core beliefs at Shift Pilates, true growth takes a team.

The 55 minute class blends two powerful practices to help you reset:
40 minutes of gentle, core, and pelvic floor-focused Pilates
15 minutes of community acupuncture for deep rest and realignment
