Groove to the reggae beats of local all-star musicians as they pay tribute to the family of superstar Bob Marley. The headline concert, which is scheduled to start around 7 p.m. will feature songs by Bob Marley, Ziggy Marley, Stephen Marley as well as members of the original Wailers: Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer. This tribute band features members of local favorites Da Gullah Rootz, Jah Creation, Crucial Fya, Well Charged and Operation Irie.
Supporting the mainstage is DJ Jerry Feels Good. Music from 5p.m. on the Rose Pavilion stage with artists B.A.S.I.C. and Cosmo, presented in partnership with Awendaw Green.
Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs and picnics or indulge in the delicious offerings from the food trucks available on site.
