Capitol Market, in partnership with Carver Culinary Arts, is proud to present Market Table: The Next Generation of Chefs, a one-night-only culinary experience celebrating the talent and creativity of more than a dozen accomplished alumni from Carver Career and Technical Center’s Culinary Arts Program. These chefs—now leading some of the region’s top restaurants—are coming together to create an unforgettable evening of collaboration, flavor, and community.
Guests will enjoy seven expertly crafted courses, each a showcase of fresh, local ingredients and the shared vision of these rising stars. From beautifully composed appetizers to bold, innovative entrées and desserts, every plate tells a story of skill, mentorship, and Appalachian pride.
Proceeds support Capitol Market’s nonprofit mission to uplift local farmers, food entrepreneurs, and educational programs like Carver Culinary Arts—because when we invest in the next generation, the whole community thrives.
