?This fall, the 78th annual Gazette-Mail Kanawha County Majorette and Band Festival returns to Laidley Field in Charleston on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025!

?Bands from all eight public high schools in Kanawha County will perform beginning at 6:30 p.m., with special guest, Marshall University’s “Marching Thunder.”

 ?️Advance tickets will be on sale at Gorby’s Music in South Charleston for $8. Tickets may be purchased at Laidley Field on the day of the festival for $10.00. Proceeds from ticket and program sales will be equally divided between the eight participating Kanawha County Schools senior high school band programs.
