make your medicine

we have had some recent plant identification walks thos summer ,however the heat has kept the crowds away. This will be 4 native plants that are essential to an herbal medicine cabinet. These plants i have used for over 25 years on my familys health and healing. I would like to share them and send recipes for these concoctions. We will make 1 to take home. Wounds, Blood sugar, blood pressure (low and high) antivirals, antibiotic herbs, decongestant herbs are the grounds we can cover. This will be every weekend for 4 weeks.
