LOWVELO25 Stationary Training Ride with The MUSC Wellness Center

This stationary training ride is in partnership with the MUSC Wellness Center and happens every Thursday evening. The training ride is offered at no cost to all Wellness Center members. The Wellness Center’s coaches will focus on helping you unlock your “inner athlete” and remind you it’s a privilege to move your bodies. We promise you will leave class feeling stronger than you did upon entering and will have additional gratitude for the things your body can do.
