Jim Waldeck Field Dedication

Last Fall we unexpectedly lost our long-time coach, teacher and friend, Jim Waldeck. As many of you remember, Coach Waldeck worked tirelessly supporting and coaching many in our area. He was a true supporter of Sissonville Middle School and the greater Sissonville community at large. His life personified Red Hawk Pride, and he made sure everyone knew that.

To Honor Coach Waldeck, we have named the Sissonville Middle Football Field after him and will be dedicating the field in his honor on September 18th at 7pm prior to RedHawks taking on the Eagles of Horace Mann. There will be a reception at 6pm for the family and friends in the middle school cafeteria. The dedication ceremony will start at 6:45.

We ask anyone who knew Coach Jim Waldeck to come out and join the Waldeck Family and the Sissonville RedHawks as we welcome everyone to Jim Waldeck Field Home of The RedHawks.
