Geocaching Cycling Activity

Hello Pack 519!

I am looking forward to planning a summer activity for our Pack. We will be doing a geocaching bike ride for about an hour on Aug 2nd at 9 am. We'll start at Pierce Park Pool and make three stops for a total of about a mile or two of biking. At each stop, there will be some geocaching treasures, and we will do some area clean up (trash bags will be provided). Cubs can work on requirements toward their Summertime Fun and cycling or physical fitness adventures and receive an hour of conservation service.
- Cubs will need to come with a parent or guardian to provide supervision throughout our ride.
- Cubs should also bring a water bottle and gloves(optional), and wear a Cub Scout t-shirt and sunscreen.
- Everyone must wear a helmet (That includes you too, parents. We should lead by example).

**Please email me and cc Cathy Leeke to RSVP so there are enough treats for everyone at the geocaching stops. And so I know which dens are represented to tailor the activity to those adventure requirements.**
