FAB welcomes women at every stage of their career to come together to elevate their business acumen, acquire vital skills, and take home actionable insights over the course of 3 days. Since FAB began in 2017, our mission to connect, empower and champion women in the hospitality industry remains true. FAB continues to bring together a wide array of women: award-winning chefs, restaurateurs, CPG founders, and experts in the areas of marketing, accounting, legal, and HR. FAB is a workshop created for women, by women. Its power is in the connections, conversations, and confidence FAB fosters.
