Join us as we celebrate the cross-quarter holiday Lammas/Lughnasadh- a time to celebrate the peak of Summer's abundance!

What's included:

• A guided tea meditation to connect with Meadowsweet, a sweet fragrent plant.
• A reflective journaling session and sharing circle
• Storytelling of the history behind this holday and the God honored by it
• Botanical dye crafting on fabric, using local materials and learning mordant methods
• Refreshing herbal snacks like electroltye lemonade, summer corn salad, baked peaches with yogurt, homemade bread and more!

We will honor this time of harvest and even learn about what is in season around us to harvest in the wild!

Nora Luce is a local folk herbalist dedicated to cultivating connection and awareness through medicinal plants and seasonal rituals. As the founder of Critical Ritual, she shares her deep knowledge of medical botany and folk herablism at local farmer's markets and community gatherings. Nora's mission is to awaken more medicine people in the city and inspire reverence for the natural world's abundant gifts.
