EMPOWERING DIABETES CONTROL: A YEAR TO THRIVE!

Adults with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes join our 52-week free course designed to support long-term wellness and confidence. The program begins with six in-person sessions followed by weekly 60-minute virtual meetups for continued learning, encouragement, and lifestyle tools, all from the comfort of home.
