Moonshine Still is a genre‑defying band from Macon that defined their own brand of Frankenrock, fusing gospel, funk, soul, rock, and international motifs into spirited, communal performances. Fronted by Scott Baston and backed by a tight ensemble of musicians, they achieved local acclaim in the early 2000s before a hiatus and occasional reunion. While their recorded output remains available and intriguing for fans of genre‑crossing jam bands, they haven’t been actively touring since the late 2000s.
