Summertime Yoga ‘Celebrate the Light Within’: A Day of Yoga, Soothing Sounds and Meditation

Experience a whole day of yoga, community, soothing practices, sounds and meditation. Experience soulful renewal to reconnect with your inner radiance, step into your personal power; all in alignment with the season of Summer. You’ll be greeted with a lovely cuppa and treat. We’ll begin with a mindful sun yoga flow waking up the subtle and physical bodies for radiance and energy. An introduction to yin yoga for the season, a practice aligning with the traditional methods of moving energy through the meridian lines, to connect with your inner light. A delicious vegetarian lunch will be followed by the option to wander around the grounds or go for a walk. A time for reflection and journalling will allow us to consider and gather our thoughts, before enjoying the peace and tranquility of a deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga Practice followed by the Soothing Sounds of the Himalayan Bowls. Release old energy and welcome clarity for the second half of the year. Feel refreshed, empowered and aligned.
