Day 1 – Arrive. Breath. Embrace.
3:00 - 4:00 PM – Arrive and settle into your space at Combe Head House or Dimpsey Glamping.
5:00 PM – Welcome Fire Circle & Cacao Ceremony with Gilly in the peaceful woodland at Combe Head House.
6:30 PM – Fireside Reflections, a nourishing supper, and soothing herbal nightcaps.
Day 2 – Connect. Restore. Replenish.
8:30 AM – A wholesome breakfast to start the day.
9:00 AM – Quiet journaling time for reflection.
10:00 AM – Reiki healing session with Gilly, inviting balance and renewal.
12:00 PM – Breathwork meditation with Portia, opening space for stillness and clarity.
1:15 PM – A slow, mindful woodland dining experience with incredible chef Ben Marsh, featuring farm-to-table flavors. Homegrown produce and beautiful flavours.
4:00 PM – Gentle time in nature—walk, rest, or reflect in solitude.
5:00 PM – Fireside Sharing Circle, quiet journaling, and a nourishing supper.
Day 3 – Embodiment. Farewell for now.
8:30 AM – A peaceful sunrise walk followed by a comforting breakfast.
9:00 AM – Restorative sound bath with Jessika from The Luna Flow, a moment to absorb and integrate.
11:00 AM – Gentle goodbyes and departures.
