About the event

Fundamentals of Pelvic Floor
Abilene Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab is offering a free seminar at the Chapman Clinic, led by Taci Wilson, PT, DPT. This course will include an overview of what the pelvic floor is and how it functions; how the pelvic floor works with other muscles in the body; as well as types of pelvic floor dysfunctions and exercises that address these dysfunctions.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one, there will be some light exercise/demonstration with this course.
