The Chapin Woman’s Club will host a fun and flavorful BBQ event that will bring together friends, family, and community members for an evening of great food, good company, and memorable moments. Guests will enjoy savory mouthwatering barbecue, accompanied by 3 classic sides, desserts, and refreshing drinks. Hot dog plates available for the kids.
Then kick up your heels up with line dancing led by Cynthia Shepard (Carolina Line Dance) and/or enjoy lawn games (relay horse races, horseshoes, cornhole, etc.), and show off your western style in our Best-Dressed Cowboy & Cowgirl Contest — open to both kids and adults. The Old Barn Farm provides a relaxed outdoor atmosphere, perfect for socializing and unwinding.
The BBQ, Boots, and Boogie event will be held on October 11, 2025, at the Old Barn Farm (833 Old Lexington Hwy, Chapin, SC 29036). This event will begin at 5:00 PM. The food will be provided until 7:00 PM.
The first western wear contest will begin with the girls around 5:45 PM. Registration can either be online or at the event. There will be dance instruction at the begin of the evening so that all can participate.
This event isn’t just about great food and good times — it’s also a fundraiser supporting our club’s mission to serve the Chapin community. Let’s make this BBQ event a sizzling success!
