Join the HEALTHY HAPPENS HERE COMMUNITY on Friday evening, October 17th at Portrait Hill Clubhouse at 6:30 pm. You will hear from Dr. Valerie Miles who is a Board Certified Integrative Pediatrician!
She will educate, encourage and empower us in all stages of life with our health and wellness as she focuses on disease prevention along with making strides to improve various aspects of our health!
This will include using a food first approach to nourishing your body as an adult along with providing education and tools to nourish in all stages and seasons of life to have optimal health including babies, children and teens!
Dr. Miles will speak toward a variety of topics including children & family wellness, obesity, diabetics, asthma, eczema, adhd, autism, gut/brain connection, microbiome, understanding processed foods and adding more whole food nutrition in simple ways!
