Walk off the Pie Group Hike: New River State Park, River Run and Hickory Trails

If you'd prefer to pass on the post-Thanksgiving shopping and start working off that extra piece of pumpkin pie, join ASTA for a nice hike at New River State Park, accessed by the Route 221 entrance in Laurel Springs. We will meet and start at the Visitor Center and hike the Hickory and River Run Trails, with a detour through the tent campground by the river.

Difficulty: This hike is 3.8 miles and considered easy to moderate, elevation gain is 446 feet.
