About the event

Friends & Family Boxing Conditioning Class
Join us Wednesday, June 25 at 5:15 pm for a family-centered boxing and conditioning work out with Coach John and Coach Wyatt!

All ages are welcome. Bring your dad, bring your cousins, bring your kids...bring everybody! Participants will need boxing gloves and adults will need hand wraps as well. Loaner gloves are available on a first come, first serve basis for guests only. Reminder: all existing members should have their own pair of gloves.
