Yoga and a Hike

Start the day off right with yoga and a hike! This program includes a 35- to 45-minute all-levels yoga session and a 35- to 45-minute hike along our scenic trails.

Fee: Free!
Age: Ages 14 or older. Participants younger than 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

We are back outside! Yoga will take place at the Four Rivers Shelter. Please bring a yoga mat and water and wear comfortable hiking shoes. The hike will take place on both paved and natural trails over uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online ( https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
