And how this knowledge and experiencing the cycles of nature somatically in an embodied way changes how we approach life, love, work, play and much more - everything really!

If you’re a Cyclical Living beginner, you'll learn more about how flowing with the four phases of Cyclical Living - in our menstrual cycle as well as in the lunar & solar cycles and the cycle of our lifetime - supports us to thrive and to reclaim a cyclical and post-patriarchal way of life.
Those who have started walking the Cyclical Living path, will experience how the archetypes of the Maiden, Mother, Wild Woman & Wise Woman map to the four phases.
And those who already practice Cyclical Living for a while will learn more about how the Wheel of the Year aligns with the other cycles of nature.

It’s always an honour for me to share menstrual cycle knowledge because it returns to us a vital understanding of our beautiful female bodies that after thousands of years of patriarchy had almost completely disappeared.🌹
But the tide is turning and we can look ahead to a post-patriarchal world - even and especially among the current backlash against feminism - where a woman’s cyclical rhythm shapes our world just as much as a man’s linear one.⭕️
The circle will give you an introduction to navigating life, health and healing in the feminine way, with your cycle as your compass.
We gather at the Summer Solstice - both beginners and more experienced women - to learn how to track your cycle, how to recognise your inner seasons (pre- and post-menopause) and how to align to the energy that is naturally present in each of them.
We’ll do this through beauty medicine practices such as intuitive movement, ritual, visioning, soul sharing, wisdom transmission and more.✨
All those identifying as women are welcome to join, whether or not you bleed.

After leaving a strategy consulting career in London in 2012, I’ve been been holding sacred space for over a 1000 individuals and groups internationally, in person and online, as a certified and trauma-informed life coach, movement therapist, women’s circle facilitator, tarot reader and menstrual therapist.
After spending 6 years in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India, I shifted in 2018 to Crete where I’ve devoted myself to nurturing a women’s circle community of Cretan, Greek and international women at a time when this work was mostly unknown and often still taboo on the island.
Inspired by the island’s pre-patriarchal history, I write about cyclical living and post-patriarchal themes in my Love Letters from Beyond Patriarchy, an 8-weekly e-zine that you’re very welcome to subscribe to!
