Yoga in the Gardens

With over 1,200 acres of breathing room, including peaceful indoor spaces, the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round wellness classes led by local instructors. Classes include traditional yoga, meditation, sound healing and more, allowing you to explore what yoga is truly about.
