So join us for our usual combination of Board Games, Role Playing Games, CCGs, LCGs, Social/Party Games and all other related silliness. The hotel has loads of space and free parking.

Bring your favourite games, but don't worry if you don't as there is a huge variety of games in our extensive board games library as well as lots of games for you to join. We're open from 11am on Friday till 11pm on Sunday so that's a whole 60 hours of gaming!

Opening Times:
Doors open at 11:00 on Friday and close at 23:00 on Sunday. We will provide a wristband on arrival, with your wristband you're free to come and go as much as you like.
Table and Games:
Tables are open to all on an ad-hoc basis, unless otherwise labelled. Please just grab an empty table and start playing. If you are having problems finding a table please ask at our reception. Games are similarly ad-hoc, just organise amongst yourselves, and grab anyone who looks lost to join you if needed. In the reception there is a game signup board where you can organise and join games at specific times.
Games Library:
It's free to borrow games from our library, we just ask that you take care of our games and return them once you are done with them. You can find our list of our games here:

Directions:
We’re located in the events area of the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Southampton. The hotel address is: Bracken Place, Chilworth, Southampton SO16 3RB, United Kingdom.
Once you get into the hotel, turn right in the lobby and follow the corridor until you find the event centre, go a bit further and you will see our reception on the left. See the attached map on our website here:

Driving:
The hotel is easily accessible from the end of the M3 via the Chilworth Roundabout, if you are coming from the M27 you will need to exit at junction 5 and take the A27 to the Chilworth Roundabout. If you are using a Satnav the hotel recommends using the postcode SO16 3NG instead of the actual address.
Cycling:
If you are cycling from Southampton there is a marked cycle lane on Basset Avenue to the Chilworth Roundabout, from there we would recommend you dismount, use the crossing at the top of Basset Avenue to cross to the right-hand side of the road and walk to the pedestrian access. Food and Drink:
The hotel are providing us with a set discounted menu of lunch and dinner items which will be available to order throughout the day in addition to their normal menu.
Unlimited tea and coffee is available for £5.50 per day, just purchase your pass from reception.
The main bar is open 'til midnight for cash or card, after which guests who have a card associated with their room will be able to order drinks and a limited selection of food.
Nearby there is a fuel station that has a range of snacks and drinks, and there is an Asda a short drive away. There are also several takeaway delivery services that will deliver to the hotel.
