Summer Camp Week at The SPEAK Center: Under the Sea (6/2 - 6/5)

Come dive into the ocean with us at The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning, June 2-5, 9:30am-11:30am. Our camp is packed with exciting activities and educational opportunities to keep your child engaged and entertained. From sensory bins and crafts, to music and movement, our camp offers a diverse range of activities to suit every interest. Participation Fees: Tuition is $200 per participant/per week. $25 non-refundable registration fee is due at time of registration, remaining $200 refundable upon request up to one week prior to camp's start date. Limit of 4 participants per camp week.

Info: Welcome ritual, activities set up for children to select and engage in.

Info: Table Tops (seat work) writing, coloring, worksheets, manipulatives / Gross Motor large muscle movement through: music and movement, balance, coordination, stretching.

Info: Story, calendar, guessing jar, comparison, rhyming, letter/number recognition, music. Snack: apple juice, water, gold fish, pretzels. *NOTE: If your child cannot eat/drink these options please alert us during registration, thank you!

Info: Creation Staton/Craft: Creative exploration using materials such as: glue, scissors, tape, paint, collage materials, color crayons/markers. Sensory Bins: Sensory bins will be available with different tactile materials. Sand, water, rice, beans, paper shreds and rocks will be the base materials. Scoops, bowls, tongs, funnels, gems, figurines and trinkets will be added to each bin. Participants may select a bin that interests them to use during the session and while waiting for departure at the end of the day.

Info: Kids will leave with a completed craft to take home!
