Guided Meditation & Sound Bath

Welcome to our Guided Meditation & Sound Bath event! Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at 12220 E Riggs Rd suite 103, Phoenix AZ 85249.

We live in a stressful world. We may not be chased by saber toothed tigers any more, but there are many modern reasons why our nervous system is on alert just the same. A perpetual state of high alert is not what our bodies were designed for. Chronic stress leads to inflammation in the body and inflammation can lead to disease. We must find opportunities to let our nervous system calm, release, and close that stress cycle.

What better way to do that than to set aside an hour for yourself and your self care? Come relax on a mat, or whatever is comfortable for you, leave the world behind, calm and ground your mind, body, and spirit while listening to Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Waterfall Disk, a matched pair of Theta Crystal Bowls, and more. We will take time to put some care and attention into ourselves, and then I will guide you on a journey to Lavender Space. Don't know what that is? Well, come find out. This is a Studio, there are chairs and a few yoga mats, but if you would like to lie down, please bring whatever you need- mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else for your comfort.
