Goat Yoga at Blue Heron Farm

Stretch, laugh, and get nibbled on (lovingly) at Blue Heron Farm's Goat Yoga! Enjoy 30-45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga led by a certified instructor while our playful goats provide "assistance" (or just distract you with their cuteness). After yoga, soak up 30 minutes of goat cuddles and snap the most Instagram-worthy pics. It's relaxation, chaos, and cuteness all rolled into one unforgettable experience!

Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel and water. Please do not wear any dangly jewelry, strings, or tassels that the goats might nibble on.
