Cycle Prep is designed for girls 9-11 and a caregiver, but older girls who have not gotten their first period will still find Cycle Prep helpful. Girls must attend with a parent or an adult. Adults are welcome to attend alone.

Booklet fee is $10. Cash or Venmo accepted at the event.
