Chef Garron Sanchez brings the soul of the South Carolina Low Country to our prairie table for one unforgettable evening of coastal-inspired cuisine - and the final Farm to Table dinner of our summer season.

Think shrimp and grits reimagined with our farm's finest ingredients. Fresh seafood paired with local corn, seasonal vegetables, and our award-winning goat cheese. The warm spices and bold flavors of Charleston and Savannah, but rooted in Illinois soil.

This five-course journey celebrates the marriage of sea and land - Low Country tradition meets prairie innovation in ways that will surprise and delight.

August 27th - Last chance this summer!
Optional welcome cocktails and wine pairings. JaM Acoustics will be providing live music from 5-8pm and the bar cart will be open for small bites and drinks for guests not joining us for dinner.
