This session will explore key developments in biofuels policy, including updates on 45Z (Clean Fuel Production Credit) and Renewable Volume Obligations (RVOs), recent trade challenges and opportunities, and the regulatory landscape surrounding seed oils, with a focus on issues related to MAHA (Make America Healthy Again).
