TRAINING IN PERIPARTUM // Presented by Klättermusen

Training during the peripartum phase of a woman's life is a complex topic. Pauline, mountain leader and physiotherapist, will help us understand the importance of the perineal muscles and how to ensure you are training correctly. She will provide tips and key strategies to help you train safely, minimising the risk of injuries or complications related to pregnancy. This session is also beneficial for any woman who has experienced challenges with the perineum.


PROGRAM

• Meet at 9:00 at Mountain Air for coffee, meet Pauline

• Outdoor workshop followed by a group run

• Lunch focused on nutrition for training, offered by Klättermusen!
