Here’s our custom plant based menu:

Starter
Vine leaves stuffed with rice and dried fruit

Salad
Spring tabbouleh with peas, broad beans, green asparagus, and spring onions🥗

Main Course
Marinated tofu with smoked paprika, pepper piperade, Kalamata olives, and trofie pasta

Dessert
Coconut milk panna cotta (set with agar-agar) and red berries🍓

CHF 35 per person (drinks not included)
