Fettuccine Alfredo with Chef Ruth Varisco

For just $50, Chef Ruth Varsico, Coordinator of Nunez's Culinary Arts program, will teach you the fine art of fettucine alfredo.

Begin the registration process by submitting a Workforce Course Inquiry at Nunez.edu/Workforce

Students will learn to:
-Make fettucine by hand
-Hand roll and cut noodles
-Use commercial rollers and cutters
-Blend American style sauce (And learn the difference from Roman style)
-Differentiate suitable wheat flours
-Determine adequate gluten
-Knead with multiple techniques
-Cook wet pasta "al dente"

Written recipes and instructions will be provided to take home.

Class will take place in the Culinary Cafe in the Kane Building on the Nunez campus.

This leisure course is open to the community. Space is limited.
