Strolling is great fun, low impact dance class (unless you decide otherwise) and you don't need experience or a partner.
I am passionate about the benefits of dancing to improve fitness and wellbeing. I teach popular strolls danced at social dance clubs in Bucks, Herts and Ox; breaking down the strolls at first, and as your confidence increases, teach variations and encourage you to bring your own style and cheer into your steps.
Rock N Roll Stroll is a form of line dancing, which can be great fun and challenges your brain trying to remember the moves and stay in time. A work out for the noggin and a low-impact activity. My personal preference is to add a little optional umph and hearty wiggle to the music (should you wish to follow my lead, I would love you to join me). It is easy once you get the hang of it, and no matter what fitness level or prior experience I am confident can be enjoyed by almost anyone. I aim to do around 4000-6000 steps in an hour, which I think is pretty good going.
In an ideal world, it should be fun that doesn't feel so much like fitness.
Classes are £5 each week on the door.
Please wear secure shoes you can move around in safely, something you can also spin and turn in is ideal.
