CYCLEBREAKERS

Welcome to CYCLEBREAKERS! This support group was born from the desire to have a community for empaths committed to transmuting their pain and breaking generational patterns.

We plan to meet one Saturday a month for 2 hours in nature (Peace Valley Park). Our vision is to have a rough schedule of group meditation, somatic release, topic or book discussions, journaling and grounding. We would love to keep this group free and to see everyone come together to share their joys, skills, and knowledge.

We will meet at the picnic tables near the kid’s jungle gym/pavilion #5 - which is in the lot across from the Lavender Farm. Contact Alyssa or Rachael via our whatsapp if you are lost.

**While typically we can use picnic tables, we encourage you to bring things that you might need to make yourself comfortable: yoga mat, blanket, cushions, water, snacks, a journal, instruments, etc. Feel free to bring instruments to jam before and after the group. If you would like to lead a segment send Alyssa or Rachael a message to schedule it.
