This meeting marks the start of a regular cadence of board meetings, which will be held on the third Tuesday or Thursday of each month (alternating).

• Financial Reports: We’ll review current financials to provide transparency and guide planning.
• Organizational Structure: We’ll discuss the current org chart and how it aligns with our programming and operations.
• Board Development: Update on nominations process and committee formation.
• Operations & Admin: Brief overview of compliance updates and next steps for long-term planning.
