Restorative Yoga Flows & Sound Shower Journey

You are invited to find peace and calm during the busy holiday season.

Join your hosts Nikki Masek & Shelley Graves as they collaborate on this very special event.

Nikki will start you off at 7:30 with yoga-inspired flows that incorporate strength, balance and flexibility training.

At 8:00, Shelley will guide you on a relaxing sound healing journey using a variety of instruments, singing bowls, gong, drums and voice to help you recalibrate and reenergize your soul’s frequency.
