Join us at Chacewater Village Hall for an enlightening event where we will delve into the world of attachment and how it effects our intimate relationships, choices we make and behaviours we use.

We will take you on a journey of self discovery and help you to understand how your own attachment style can shape the way you connect with others , and how they connect with you.

Understanding your attachment behaviours is helpful on an individual level but also can lead to a greater understaining in your own intimate relationships, and relationship choices.

Cath and Jo have over 25 years experience of working therapeutically with Children, Young People, Couples and Families. They deliver high quality training across the country to both individuals and organisations. They provide training and workshops that focus on the individual's journey and self development whilst offering a safe and nurturing space that enables self exploration.
