Winter Soltice Sound Session

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year - a powerful time for inner stillness, letting go, and planting seeds for new beginnings. This immersive soundscape will allow participants the space to just be. To allow the healing sound bath to celebrate the rebirth of light - both within and around us.

Chairs are available, but if you would like to lie down, please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and or cushion, or whatever else that allows yourself to be comfortable. Bring your journal as there will be time after the session to journal, or allowing your higherSelf to speak to you.
