August Crafty Afternoon Tea - Emotional Support Chickens Continued

Back for a second month, bring last month's WIP to continue with or come and show off your completed chookie. Even if you missed out last month, there's still plenty of time to get started.

Come and join us as as we learn how to knit, crochet or sew one of these adorable chookies. No experience needed, just come along and have a go!

What are emotional support chickens? They are a knitted or crocheted soft toy chicken designed to be a loveable, huggable, comfort item to help with stress and anxiety.

What to bring?
A sense of adventure and a plate of afternoon tea to share
Wool, knitting needles or crochet hooks if you have some
Cost? Nothing, this is a free event open to everyone

Kids are very welcome to come along and join in, but must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

We are also seeking donations of wool, knitting needles and crochet hooks if you might have any that are no longer needed
