Abundance & Self-Trust: 9D Transformational Breathwork Group Session

The 9D Transformational Breathwork: Abundance & Self‑Trust session is a guided group experience designed to help participants release emotional blockages, reprogram limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner power. Using a combination of conscious breathwork, healing sound frequencies, guided meditation, and subconscious coaching, the session supports deep emotional release and alignment with abundance.

Led by holistic coach Judy Xu, this immersive journey helps participants strengthen self-trust, gain clarity, and shift into a more empowered, abundant mindset. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
