By bidding you agree to the following terms and conditions and any other terms as may be announced by the facility manager or the auctioneer prior to the auction:
1. Purchases will be made with cash only. Buyer will make payment for contents purchased immediately after being identified as the winning bidder. If Buyer cannot make payment immediately after said auction, Buyer's bid is cancelled. Contents of unit may be sold to the second highest bidder, or the contents will be re-auctioned and sold.
2. Buyer's bid will be for purchase of all items in the storage unit.
3. Buyer is responsible for retaining all of tenant's personal property, papers, photos, etc. in accordance with Oregon State Law.
4.The contents in unit purchased by Buyer, must be removed from the storage unit within that day of the auction date. If contents are not removed, Buyer shall execute a rental agreement and pay All American Mini Storage the appropriate rent for the storage unit at the rate charged for units of the same size.
5. The winning bidders will be required to post a $100 deposit that will be fully refunded once the unit is vacated and clean. This must be done on the day of the auction unless other arrangements are made.
