Chef has curated a four‑course farm‑to‑table menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with Rellik wines:


Course 1
Gazpacho — chilled soup of sun‑ripened local tomatoes, cucumber, sweet peppers & onion

Course 2
Charred Shishito Peppers — “lucky” local peppers dusted with togarashi

Course 3
Rosemary Skewers of Wagyu Beef — Northwest wagyu sirloin, garden potatoes, garlic, herbs & red‑wine syrup

Course 4
Sweet Table Display — local berries, cookies & cream to share
